Care that grows with you
We don’t begin with the adjustment. We begin with understanding.
Your body has a history, a routine and a reason it feels the way it does. Our role is to listen, assess and explain before recommending what comes next.
Assessment-led
We look beyond the sore spot to understand posture, movement and the factors around your concern.
Gentle by design
Techniques and positioning are adapted for age, comfort and each stage of life.
Personal, never generic
Your findings guide your plan. You’ll know what we found and why we recommend each next step.

Questions, answered simply
Before your first visit.
Still unsure? Send us a WhatsApp message and our team will help you understand what to expect.
1. How many sessions will I need?
It varies from person to person. After your history, assessment and imaging review, your chiropractor will explain the findings and recommend a plan based on your needs.
2. What happens during my first visit?
Your visit begins with a consultation, followed by a physical and spinal assessment. X-ray imaging is part of the clinic’s assessment process. Your chiropractor will then explain the findings and discuss suitable next steps.
3. Do I need an X-ray?
Yes, imaging is part of the first-visit process at All Ages Chiropractic. It provides additional information about your spinal structure and alignment to support the clinical assessment and care planning.
4. Do I need a referral to book?
No referral is needed to make an appointment. You can contact the clinic directly through WhatsApp or the online booking link.
5. Can I visit during pregnancy?
Yes. Positioning and techniques are adapted for pregnancy, including supportive pillows. Priscilla has completed Webster Technique certification through the ICPA.
6. Will an adjustment hurt?
Care is adapted to your comfort and assessment findings. Experiences vary, so tell your chiropractor about any worries or sensitivity before care begins.
